By creating an account and using TrueCreditIQ, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
Use of the Platform
TrueCreditIQ is a business-to-business software platform designed for licensed or practicing credit repair professionals. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
Subscriptions and Billing
All plans begin with a 1-month free trial. A valid credit card is required to start your trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. If you do not cancel before the end of your trial, your card will be charged the applicable monthly rate. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use TrueCreditIQ to engage in fraudulent dispute activity, file disputes on behalf of clients without their authorization, or misrepresent the nature of disputed items. Accounts found in violation may be suspended or terminated without notice.
Limitation of Liability
TrueCreditIQ provides tools to support credit repair professionals but does not guarantee specific outcomes. We are not liable for any credit repair results or for compliance issues arising from your use of dispute letters generated on the platform.
